Usually a Refund is accepted within 5 business days from the delivery to our warehouse.
After checking the compliance with the Return and Cancellation Policy we will arrange for the refund to be made and will send you a confirmation email.
The refund time varies depending of the chosen payment method:
- Credit Card: Carta di Credito: the service manager Nexi will usually give the refund within 7 business days from the Acceptance of Return email.
The time needed to see the refund on your credit card depends on the Insitution that issued the card.
- PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 48 hours from the Acceptance or Return email.
- AmazonPay: the refund will be visible on the Amazon account 48 hours from the Acceptance or Return email.
- MyBank: the refund will be made within 7 days from the Acceptance of Return email. The time needed to see the refund on your account depends on your Credit Institution.
- Bank Transfer: the refund will be made through a transfer on the bank or postal account indicated in the Return Form. The refund amount will be visible on the account within 10 business days from the receipt of the Acceptance of Return email.
