The gralutated Gelatine mix is perfect to make easy and fast appetizers such as aspic of vegetables, meat or fish and to garnish different types of recipes, for a glossy result. It is a gluten free product with no glutamate or additives and contains meat extract to better enhance the flavour of your dishes.
Tips: you can aromitize the gelatine with a few spoons of porto or sherry for meat-base recipes, or with a tea spoon of lemon for fish or chicken dishes.
