Organic Coffee 100% Arabica Salomoni 250g

Organic coffee from high mountain farmings. Roasted for a long time with hot air, this coffee is strong but well-balanced and with a mix of aromas that recalls the land of origin.

Toasting: medium.

Features: full-bodied and refined. Low acidity and high digestibilty.

Use: suitable for mocha, infusion and espresso machine.

Tips: fill the mocha until the filter, for the use of an espresso machine fill the filter with a small dose withour applying pressure.
This ensures the normal leak of coffee without altering the flavour.

More information: this organic coffee comes from small local farmings located in Sierra Nevada, a region of Colombia at 1200/2000 meters of altitude. It is accurately selected in order to pick only the best beans and then slowly processed. The toasting lasts about 18/20 minutes and is performed with hot air so the coffee is slowly baked and all the aromas mix together. A blow of very hot air keeps the beans in vortex avoiding contact with metal for an even toasting from the outside to the inside of the beans. It is then slowly cooled down for up until 72 hours with cold air. The result is a high-quality product, with a low caffeine content, whose perfect balance keeps its natural characteristics intact.
