With the Pastry Cream S.Martino, a no-bake cream to be made with the only addition of milk, you can fill cream puffs, cannoli, cakes and sponge cake. You can also use it as a base for tarts. The products is gluten free and included in the AIC handbook (Italian Celiac Association).
