Once the order is completed, an automatic request of payment authorization will show up, which is needed to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds.
This doeasn't mean the amount has already been charged: the payment will be made only once shipping is completed.
In case of payment through PayPal, the amount will be charged based on the rules defined by PayPal.
For payments through Amazon Pay, the rules defined on the Amazon account are valid.
