Our food colorings respect the limitations provided by the EC Regulation 1129/2011 and do not cause health damages to the people using them. Of course, before taking such products, for example the yellow coloring, it is recommended to ask for the opinion of a doctor, who will consider its compatibility with the individual's state of health.
