If the order was payed with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Credit Card or MyBank, the refund will be received on the account or card the payment was made with.
For security reasons we are not allowed to give refunds on different accounts.
In case of payment with Bank Transfer, we will contact the buyer to agree on the refund procedure.
