Features: it contains 5% of meat extract, 6% of parmesan cheese and a pinch of nutmeg, according to the true emilian tradition. The practical jar keeps the product's taste and properties intact.

The origins: the Ferioli brand was created in 1952, in the Emilian territory, the homeland of tortellini and bollito, to help restaurant owners in the preparation of the typical local recipes. Today as then, thanks to its unique composition, even the best restaurants use the Ferioli stock for their dishes.
