The Coffe and Cocoa Salomoni is an organic coffee mix enriched with lean cocoa powder with a fragrance of vanilla.
The raw coffee is slowly toasted with a flow of hot air at the temperature of 200°C for 20/25 minutes. It is then cold down, ground and mixed with lean cocoa and natural organic vanilla flavour.
Perfect for a relaxing break
Features: dark-coloured coffee, intense and rich flavour slightly sweet, delicate and harmonious fragrance.
Use: suitable for Moka.
Tips: fill the mocha with water to the filter; fill the filter with a small dose of coffee without applying pressure. This ensures the normal leak of coffee without altering its flavour.
